We’ve tried to keep our Terms and Conditions as simple and clear as possible, and give you all the information we can (but not too much) about your online transactions so that you completely understand the whole process, from order to delivery. It’s really important to us that your online shopping experience meets expectations, so please spend a few minutes and read on. You’ll need to accept our T’s & C’s every time you make a purchase – they might change from time to time, so do keep checking back.
Prices and payments
As you would expect all our prices are in UK pounds. The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, the delivery charge (if any), plus any additional services you choose e.g. premium delivery or installation. You’ll see all these in your Shopping Basket before you submit an order. Payment is deducted once an order is submitted.
If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we’re happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as they are unopened, in original packaging and you arrange for the return of the goods. This option is available up to 14 days after delivery.
Following the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund as long as you arrange return of the goods within 7 working days* from the day after delivery. The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging. The product must not have been used or installed.
We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged when being returned to us. Always obtain a certificate of posting and consider using a signed for service
* Working days means all days other than Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. You need to return the goods to our factory.
THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
Missing, damaged or incorrect orders
We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives at your door complete and in pristine condition. If you don’t receive all of your products at once, you can check that they have been dispatched using a tracking facility via our courier. If it’s not on its way, you can contact us via the Contact Us facility on our website or telephone 0800 292 2363 to acquire the tracking consignment number. Please inspect parcel/s prior to signing and sign for the items as damaged or refuse delivery if packaging/contents are damaged and notify us within 48 hours.
**Please note that the panels NOT UV rated and will discolour if left in direct sunlight, the panels are for interior use only, when cutting the panels we recommend doing this indoors to avoid exposure to sunlight.
How quickly will my item be dispatched?
We aim to offer same day dispatch before 2pm where possible however this may be next day at busier times so is not 100% guaranteed.
How long does delivery take?
All items are dispatched via TNT couriers on an express next working day service. Orders placed after the 2pm on a Friday will not be dispatched til the following Monday.
Can I track my order?
Yes, when your items are dispatched you should receive tracking details in your confirmation email, if you did not receive your email or do not have the tracking details please feel free to give us a call on 0800 292 2363.
Can I request special delivery instructions?
Yes, when placing your order if there are any specific requirements please let us know such as ring the bell or my address is on a country lane etc. We will pass these notes to our courier however as they are a 3rd party courier we cannot guarantee the drivers will see the notes.
